The cards feature the same 105 activities found in our book, Brain Breaks: Regulate, Relate, Educate. They are color coded by section and include a brief description of the break along with a memorable graphic. Every card clearly identifies the area of the brain being engaged, making it easy for educators or students to quickly choose an activity that supports regulation, connection, and learning.
